Do you feel used by your friends? You're listening ear for all their complaints and all the stuff that's going on. You try to offer advice because you care about them and you want to help, but then they just do whatever they were gonna do in the first place and it's irritating. It's kind of infuriating. It kind of gets frustrated. But hold on for a second. So I want you to ask yourself, maybe go inward, why do I feel upset when that happens? They don't know your compliance. Maybe you had an unspoken contract. And them and they don't listen to your advice, it's really frustrating. It'so, hey, next time, when you're feeling that way, maybe go inward and ask yourself, am I holding them to an unspoken contract?
