Some pine don't pick on me for burning pine you burn what you've got a little bit of oak and the rest of that in there let'see if you can see it. I don't know if it's gonna clear up in there or not but it's mostly just ash that's what we want to get rid of so start by just going all the way to the back in here just raking it forward. You want a good clean space every time you're starting to fire because all of this debris in here from the previous burns and you can see that rolling out that's a lot of ash and just trash left over I mean I've burned some cardboard in here to help with starting the fire and that leaves behind a ton of residue so what all this is doing is preventing airflow if I were to set a log in here or some sticks to get the fire going right on top of all this ash There he is back there he finally made
