Delilah Tree first opened in my imagination over five years ago. I had dreamed of a time when I could create beautiful works of art and call it my "job." I started painted furniture when I was only 12 years old, after getting permission from my mother. I was raised in a family filled with creativity and a talent for turning ideas into reality. I finally decided to turn my vision into an adventure and it has been a literal dream come true. I am truly happy when I am breathing new life into a piece of furniture many others would have "kicked to the curb." When working on custom pieces my favorite moment is sending the "after" photo. I continue to learn new skills and challenge myself to try new techniques. I've become known locally for my custom stain art pieces. I also use General Finishes chalky paint, and milk paint blended tints with unique custom finishes, as well as oil stain and gel stains. I can upgrade your hardware to turn your piece into something totally new and adored for years to come. In February I became a General Finishes retailer and opened a booth at Whimzy in Noblesville Square. I offer quotes and can set up shop time to suite your need.
