Custom furniture, cabinetry, home remodeling, and more
We are about to have an exclusive sneak peek around Jennifer Sheehan's gorgeous cottage in Dublin 6. It's been featured in this week's RTE's Home of the Year and you can see why because it is one of the most cleverest uses of space I've ever encountered in Ireland. Brilliant design ideas, great creativity and it's just a wonderful little oasis in the middle of Dublin. And here we have Finline's Baltimore sofa which Jen says was central to her entire design theme. She saw the sofa before she saw the house and this Indian yellow colour is one of her favourite shades and it's echoed in lots of little design features throughout the cottage and it really brings a lovely sense of warmth, chic and design to the whole scheme. So comfy, I really wanted a mustard couch, So you saw it before you saw it. Literally saw it. The ottoman obviously is great because you're excited to see it. Yeah that was Kylian'suggestions so I wanted L-shaped originally and then it was Kylian'suggestions to get a separate ottoman because it can be moved around to the back of the table. If you've extra people over you can have people sitting there and then obviously the storage is just valuable in the sense of it. You were saying everything else to have two portions. Yeah the dining table and chairs I always loved that, that's obviously a knock-up with the dining table but I always really loved that. So I think a really important thing that I learned was like from talking to Kylian and stuff about the couch or whatever is like fine good people Yeah. There's no point in me going to Kylian saying I definitely want an L-shaped when he's Do So I can find people that Very helpful.
