I got a lot of interaction online about what's wrong with this gate. A lot of smart Alex, but there'so much wrong with this gate. But to list some of the things that are wrong, obviously we're missing the framing. I only have two hinges. It's above six feet, so it needs three planks. The kicker should be this way. I don't know why we wouldn't just continue that for extra support to make it last longer. This is an uphill gate, so this needs to be at least an inch off the ground. If you're coming out your back door, down the stairs, I guess taking a dog out here to pee, you want that gate to open uphill that way towards you. Or do you want to just push it open and walk out? Well, she wanted it to swing in, so customer's always right. Let's check it out.
