Hey y'all First t Guys you want to make sure you get them nice and t Next I'm going to pour some extra virgin olive oil into my frying pan. I'm going to pour the potatoes over into t I want to scatter them out really well in the pan. W Now that I have my eggs cracked I'm going to go back and stir my potatoes around guys. I want to make sure that they're browning up really nice and golden. Then I'm going to cr Get t Now I'm going to blend my eggs. Just going to w Once I have these w Now I'm going to sprinkle my bacon all over the top of these eggs. Once we have our bacon sprinkled on we're going to let it cook for just a minute or two and then it's time to put the cheese on top. I'm doing two slices of velvety cheese.
