Lovely’s Furniture has been around for 64 years. Originally started by Paul Lovely and his two brothers in 1948 in Middletown Ohio, Lovely’s is currently operated by Paul’s eldest son, Dudley Lovely, who has been in the furniture business for more than 55 years. In 1978, Dudley’s son, Mike Lovely, started in the business delivering/unloading trucks and working in their over-the-road operations. Today, Mike and his wife, Andrea, operate the business along with other family members and a group of dedicated employees. Lovely’s was located at the original location until 1990 and later moved to the current location at South Main Street in Middletown (located about a mile East of Trenton, Ohio). Lovely’s has always prided itself on always trying to give customers the best deal possible. One of our specialties is that we offer closeout deals on mattress sets from major mattress manufacturers. Mike Lovely has been quoted as saying “Our store is a no-frills operation with cement walls and concrete floors. I Do you put some type of artistry on each one of the pieces that you do? Well, I have a great cabinet paint that I love to use. It's Ms. Lillian's Cabinet Formula out of Nashville, Tennessee. She'still a small company but she's in over 200 stores now. I've been using that formula for It'self-leveling. It comes in great colors and we can actually custom match colors.
