Office and Tears and Memphis have been in business eight years now. My name is Bill Williams and we focus on workstations, cubicles, freestanding office furniture, desk chair file, accessories. We have a sales force of seven people. We have a staff of four interior designers. We do CAD drawings and we also offer design services. We have our own staff installers and delivery people that actually go out and install the furniture, make sure it's all completed to the customer'satisfaction. They're factory and field train installers on every system out there. We believe service sets us apart from the competition in Memphis. We want to make sure the customer's happy that the drawings are done properly, that the pricing is done properly, that we meet their budget. Also through the installation, we want to make sure it's installed properly, the punch list is done and that we walk away with a happy customer.
