RED TAG ITEMS

Red tags are used when you do the first S of a 5S program w The saying is when it out, move it out. So what we do is we look through the area, find any items that might not actually belong there, put a red tag on it, move those items to the red tag holding area. Once we're in the red tag holding area you can make a decision of what should we do with these t So we need to keep them, donate them, throw them away or maybe even recycle.
