Splinter Therapy started when I could see that my wife's obsession with the farmhouse look frequently seen on Fixer Upper was going to cost me an arm and a leg if we purchased these dream-pieces from bigger stores. The first thing on her list of farmhouse furniture must-haves was a coffee table, which quickly grew to a dining room table, and console table. Her list has grown tremendously since and there are a few projects that I have yet to even begin because you see, in the process of creating these pieces for my her I found I really enjoyed wood-working and that there was a high demand for these pieces. After encouragement and prayer I decided to expand my work to friends and family as a way to bring in a little extra income, and after more encouragement and prayer I have decided to expand even further.
