Why do you do that? No, it's ok. So March 16, 2020. It's ok? Sure. So. . . I think explaining 30 years in just moments is a very long process. So we know the tradition as suppliers. We don't just take orders, make and ship them. We are people that are deeply involved, deeply passionate about the project of our clients. And we try to bring solutions. And this is, I think, very important. Which is unusual. A lot of suppliers, they see a chair But if you bring the chair in, that chair is not anymore a chair. It's a million dollars, of course, or the chair or the room, whatever. So if that process is coming late, the project opens late. And the open late, there is millions of dollars that go away. And you see the project from every facet. So in that way, we can anticipate the problems that may occur during the course of the process. And we are able to respond and advise the clients. The hotel operator is all about the brand standards. They want to make sure that they are achieving exactly what their book says. The interior designer is an artist. He creates environments. He created the dress of the hotel, exactly what Paulo was saying. And Dionne is an investor. He needs to make money. He has a budget. A lot of developers, each one in different countries, they always have the same problem. Everybody There is a lot of reason why they do that. So the more you keep alive the problem, the more people receive money back. The person, the entity that really suffered that is the developer. The factory was their own factory. The supply was their own supplier. The procurement company was the wrong procurement. But everything is at the beginning. So why are you looking only at the end of the problem? Try to avoid the problem over there in the beginning. So you keep the process. It's an easy equation. I know very, very well the process because I have a lot of scars in my body which teach me what I need to avoid. Quality requires a very thorough process, a disciplined process and a passionate process. Or the right skill when we meet the client to allow them to understand the problems that many times they don't see, they don't realize. How do you support Paolo with his problems, Olivier? I don't. That is the problem. I give you more headaches. That's what I do.
