The reason I The expectations, yes they are high but with those expectations set higher than elsewhere, you really feel that you can achieve anything. I think what interested me about Empiric was the clear sort of progression path that they were advertised when I come from my interview. They made it very clear to put the hard work in, you're definitely going to see the results and it's definitely proved that in my first sort of eight weeks being here. I know exactly what I need to do, what I need to achieve. I find the reward structure is great as well. Empiric pushes you to be the absolute best that you can. The expectations are set high but with that it means you feel that you can achieve anything. What I believe that Empiric can offer that maybe certain other recruitment companies can't is the clear career path. They offer such brilliant incentives, they offer trips away, lunch clubs so you really do get recognised. If you're doing well, if you're putting the hard work in, you're going to get the benefits. The culture is very almost family orientated. We look out for each other. There's obviously healthy competition which I think is fantastic but we're all there to help each other and to be the best we can possibly be.
