Not how do we come in and do staff log for you? It's not how do we come in and just supplement QA people. It is how do we make your QA practice better? How do we make it more relevant in your organization? And they took processes that manually would take two weeks and through automation brought those down to about 45 minutes. And it wasn't really just the cost savings that we got there, that was great. But it was the confidence that were able to get to make changes, know that they could be quickly tested and allow us to deploy to those 1,900 stores very quickly. And so the coolest thing was we didn't give them that project. They were embedded with the teams. They saw what could be done. They helped select the tool. And then they just created that project and made it happen and created that savings really on our behalf. So when I look at the day-to-day interaction with Celtic, there really are two levels of that. There's one level which is them embedded with our teams. They do that really well where they get together with the teams. They're embedded in our Agile teams and they make sure that they're a full-class citizen for what we do and they work hard to make that happen. There's another level of engagement which is they do a really good job of the executive engagement. They have a very regimented but effective mechanism to provide feedback on not just how the relationship's going, which is what a lot of people do, but what are the opportunities? How can they help save us money? How can they make us better? Frankly, how should we use them better? And Introduce people to Celtic all the time because they fit this in this gap that a lot of companies don't wear. They're just focused on making your QA practice better where a lot of people, they just want more and more business and QA might be a foothold to get development or project management. And so far, everybody that I've recommended Celtic for I think has been very happy.
