Okay, we're here at the Office Depot in Lakewood, Colorado. I just spoke with the tech support people at JB Manufacturing. This machine does not have a pressure switch. It is a bypassing cylinder style machine. There is no timers or anything that can be adjusted on this circuit. As you can see, the strength of the machine is good on the forward stroke. The problem is on the return stroke. The machine is having a very, very difficult time retracting. There are no fluid leaks. I want you to see that. There are no fluid leaks. No fluid leaks on the power pack. When right here we're running about 500 psi, the machine is having a hard time going through the bypass circuit. And that's why it's running so high. So this cylinder is starting to fail. And it's going to need to be scheduled to be replaced. Again, the machine is running. You can see right here as I shine. With the flashlight and the video camera, there is no pressure switch on this machine. This is just some fittings. Again, bypassing cylinder. Let me show right here what the fluid level is. We are within two inches of the top of the reservoir. Obviously, it's old fluid. We know that. It does need fluid change and a filter change. But the primary thing is it's running so high. Because of the bypass circuit is clogged inside the cylinder. I'm going to come up here. Run the machine from the inside. There's literally nothing to adjust on this. Let me demonstrate the problem. This gauge is fairly new. I'm going to go ahead and start it. Mimics what you saw outside. The machine runs good on the forward stroke. Approximately 200 psi. I did verify that is the proper operating psi on the forward stroke. You'll hear the machine switch directions here in a moment. Then watch the gauge. Okay. On the return stroke, the bypass circuit inside the cylinder is not functioning properly. It's running way beyond where it should. As you can see right there, approximately 400, 500 psi. Putting an immense strain on the motor and the p And then it shuts off. It's back at home position. So the cylinder is going to need to be replaced. And we recommend oil and filter change at the same time. Also replace the key on the key switch if possible. Thank you.
