At Brook Furniture Rental, what we're all about is bringing comfort to people and businesses that are in transition by bringing them what they need. It is little as 40 hours, taking an empty room, making a complete room in less than two days. As we grew from a regional company, we needed to make sure that we had the processes in place so that we could scale to be a national company. The largest challenge we had before we switched to SAGE was interfacing with other systems that we had here at Brook. SAGE 300 helps me manage the accounting department much more easily. We're looking for a partner to be reactive to our needs and Net at Work fit those qualifications. We use Net at Work to grow the use of the SAGE product. They give us a lot of good ideas on how to interface with other systems as well. Net at Work is a technology partner that provides not only ERP solutions, but also is a trusted advisor for our customers. So in addition to providing technology, we are providing them with the ability to integrate systems and make things work more cohesively. The relationship that exists today is kind of a triangular relationship between SAGE, Net at Work, and the customer. SAGE publishes a solution, the customer cons One thing went to Net at Work for was to help in entering POs. They were able to come up with a great idea to customize the purchase order entry screen to help automatically populate the account n That's going to save us about 20% of time in entering a PO. The goals for Brook going forward are to grow the company and to get into different markets, and we feel SAGE is an important part of getting us to that level. Net at Work will support our goals by giving us ideas on how to use the software better and suggesting other applications that will interface with it. We love their team, they love our team, and working together gives us a great ecosystem.
