We take unique approaches using pallet wood to create home décor.
Of course, we're having a great time here in Chesney. If you come to Chesney, you want to make sure you stop on the main strip and go shopping. I had fun hanging out with the ladies from Down Home Designs to talk about how you can do everything from make your own t-shirt in store, have it printed right there, to making a dirty soda. Take a look. I'm Sarah, and I'm Denise, and welcome to Down Home Designs in Chesney. We just recently opened July 27th, so we kind of opened a little bit before then, and we're doing it from home some and kind of website, but now we're in the store while now that it's finished working out of here. Our customers are literally eight-year-olds all the way to 75-year-olds, so we shop for everybody. We are getting a huge men'section as well, where we'll be able to carry I would say that it's a very creative store. You can come in, you can build your own tea, you can make your own dirty soda if you want, and you can shop around to get any kind of outfit for game days, for church, or just any kind of casual outfit. And I pick out a transfer, and then you can come through and pick out a shirt. We encourage people to open them up. Do we love that? Yeah. Yeah. Press it. Let it cool, and then it will be ready for the customer to take out of the door. Based off of our grand opening, we had a lot of people in here. It was kind of We had people lined out the door. There was a lot of people from the community who came out to support us, and we appreciate that. We want to be able to, now that we're in the storefront, pour back into our community and our local schools as much as they poured into us to help get us back into the storefront and help to build where we're at now and to continue to build on what we already have. It's very surreal. I think too special for us to come back and give back to our community, but also give back to our families.
