Interior Plantscapes reflects the creativity and passion for plants that inspired Sandy Mobley to launch the business. Being an entrepreneur is in my blood. I got that from my dad. And 41 years ago, I decided to start my own business and I named it Sandy's Plant Service. I sold my two cars, bought a van, a water bucket, pernure scissors, and started out knocking on doors. And I really felt successful. I had 17 McDonald's that I was servicing on a weekly basis. I'm in charge of the whole service department and I work closely with the project manager and service administrator. On the field I'm in charge of the schedule and quality control visits with the horticultural, the specialist. I'm in charge of training, developing and motivating our employees.
