Chloe's Attic (formerly Chloe Hollywood's) was born out of necessity & named after the little poodle that rescued us from our sadness the summer of 2012. We decided this past spring it was time to add a bathroom to our downstairs and everything I had been "hoarding" in the footprint of that room, had to go.You see I see hidden beauty in things other people may not and think "If I add this or if I paint that or I glue that", it would have a new life. Well my "vision" kinda got out of control. The problem was making time to take on all of the projects and then how to find them new owners. I have loved every minute of this journey and many, many things are now being enjoyed by my friends old and new. Cant wait to see what happens next! Well, this is what happened next... The historic former Fortin's Hardware building in in beautiful downtown Hamel came up for rent. You see the 1st time I saw this building I fell in love with it's green awning out front as well as the brick step at the entrance and floor to ceiling windows as wide as the building. In my mind I could picture how much MORE beautiful it could be with tons of flowers out front, sparkling windows and a new purpose.I will miss Chaska and the friends I've made there, but Hamel is where I was meant to be.
