Welcome everybody, the Foreverbed Factory produces Web City mattresses, Luna & Soul Foreverbed, some of martin year warranty, some are 20 year warranty, some are lifetime warranty. It's a 35,000 square foot facility, we'll go inside and check out the rest. These are the raw coil units that they use to build the mattresses with. These are made by Legit Platte in Perchage. They are kind of the worldwide supplier of most coil units, but it's a pocket coil unit. They attach it in the middle, it lets a lot of breathability and individual comfort. Then they build out the rest of the mattress from there. So come on, let's go check it out. Alright guys, there's two t One of them is your inner spring and the other one is These come from Carpenter out of Boatoma City, one of the largest suppliers of foams in the US. The filter makes several pieces of material together. Here's the big roll of some of the foam and the components. Let's check it out over here. That's what he's got going on right here. We've got a long table with multiple settings. The tape edge is one of the final processes in closing up the mattress. The mattress has been constructed. One of the more experienced employees does the tape edge to get a nice clean straight edge. Now as the mattress has been built, completed, tape edge enclosed, it's time to go through the bagger. The bagger is going to be somewhat of a vacu So there you have it from start to finish. A 20 year warranty mattress that shows beautiful at the showroom floor.
