The Modern Patio Factory

Hi, I just want to showcase the furniture I got from the Modern patio factory. Here's the furniture. We got a set over there of There's a table in the middle. Also got these chairs right here from Modern patio factory for those chase lounges. And then this six-seat table out here. And I just want to showcase the quality here. I think you can see the name right here. There you go. And I don't know if you see this. This table has been disintegrating over the last year. It's progressively been worse and worse since it's the point where we're probably going to have to just throw it out. We've had the furniture about a year. And this is what it is. I don't know, look at it just cracks. I don't know what the deal is. I mean, you just, you can see it all on the ground there. It's, I don't know if the resin's bad in it or whatever. I called Modern factory or called them a couple times. Actually, a bunch of times I left messages, but I talked to them a few times. The first conversation, they said that they were going to send somebody out and take a look at it. And then once I said we're in Wellington, which is So This is what it looks And this isn'the only piece. And we'll just take a look at this one and see what this looks So this is the other piece here you can see there. It's all cracking, getting brittle on that one as well. So that's their furniture. Not real happy with it. So they were going to go ahead and come and fix it. Then that was one conversation. I called no less than 30 times, left messages. And I did get one or two calls back and then they just stopped returning calls and just got crickets from them. So The customer service is just horrendous. In fact, we ordered those Chase lounges and they came without the pillows. I paid for delivery. So they delivered them up here and they came without the pillows on the rest. And it took me three months to get it and probably 10 calls. I think it just nagged them enough. They finally sent them up. So I think they're down in Port Lauderdale somewhere for any patio needs. It's just not good. You can see over here it's the same thing. You can see that on that side. There. You can see it's all eaten through. So showcase here it is. There's their furniture. There it is. Fire beware.
