CONSIGNMENT GUIDELINES ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED • Entertainment Centers • Mattresses or Box Springs • Particle Wood Construction • Baby Furniture, Car Seats, ETC. • No Sofa Sleepers • Country furniture and décor items: no goose or heart cutouts, brass picture frames, etc. • Dinnerware/Flatware/Glassware/Pots & Pans or Small Appliances • Movies/CD’s/Albums • Tools or Sporting Goods • Games or Puzzles • Collectibles-Precious Moments, Boyd’s Bears Etc. • Toys • Clothing, Accessories, or Jewelry • Southwest Décor, Colonial Furniture • Dining Tables without Chairs Furniture Large furniture will not be accepted with photos in advance. Email photos to [email protected] or text them to 810-874-7037. Even with pictures we may Decide to refuse an item once we actually see it. Furniture must be in excellent condition, free of stains, odors, tears, piling, scratches, watermarks, broken zippers etc. We will consider buying outright some pieces of furniture that might sell with a fresh new coat of paint! Jewell’s On Miller, LLC, does not pick or deliver furniture. We recommend Milan’s Home Improvement for Furniture moving. They are very affordable. Milan’s number is: 810-513-1636. Household Items All items presented for consignment must work, and be very clean. • Lamps need to have matching shades and finials as well as working light bulbs. • All Clocks must be presented with working batteries. • We accept hardcover books that relate to decorating, gardening, cooking etc. We do not accept paperback novels, encyclopedias, etc. Consignment Drop Off Times Consignments are accepted Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 4pm. If you should need a different time please call and we will set up something that works for your schedule. We are not open on Sundays. CONSIGNMENT GUIDELINES & TERMS Consignment percentage is a 50/50 split of the selling price. Consignment period is a full 90 days with a 10 day grace period to come in and reclaim any items that failed to sell. Items are priced and discounted as listed below: • Original Price 0-30 Days • 20% discount 31-60 Days • 40% discount 60-90 Days **We will price your items reasonably from the on- set to help ensure that your items sell quickly. Jewell’s On Miller, LLC reserves the right to sell consignments at their sole and absolute discretion. Reasonable offers shall be accepted at any time while in the possession of the Consignee. AT THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE 100TH DAY OF THE CONSIGNMENT PERIOD ANY UNSOLD ITEMS EXPIRE AND CONVERT TO THE PROPERTY OF JEWELLS ON MILLER, LLC. Jewell’s on Miller, LLC, reserves the right to donate any consignments still in our possession after 100 days. Jewell’s On Miller, LLC, shall not notify consignors prior to this action. Consignor checks are available for pick up on the 10th of the month. Checks are for the prior months sales. (If the 10th day of the month falls on a Sunday, Checks will be available the following Monday.) CHECKS ARE VOID AND ARE NOT RE-ISSUED IF NOT PICKED UP AND CASHED WITH 90 DAYS. Checks are released only to consignor. No exceptions. Provide us with a SASE and your check will be mailed by the 15th of the month.
