Showplace Rent To Own

I love it. It's challenging. It's different every day. It's definitely not a boring job. Oh, Eric is pretty much one of a kind. I love working with customers, interacting with them. It's great. I never know what quite to expect out of it. Probably by far one of the most creative guys he keeps you t He keeps you on your toes. We're a pretty participant of management group. We're an employee-owned company. So, The community, t We're about six blocks from my store. When you see somebody that puts in the kind of effort that Eric does and shares value The local school was going to lose some federal and state funding because they didn't have a playground large enough for the population of the school. So it was a three-day event. The customer party that we have, they got a d Customers get a kick out of it. One of the best t When we deliver the presents and the tree and all that stuff to the young c It's awesome. He can be loud, he can be boisterous. He's Eric. For the last two and a half years we've been doing helping up a food pantry. Eric has an internal drive that just pushes I'm not even sure he realizes how much of a need he has to help others. We deliver, usually probably once a month, a huge, two huge tubfuls of canned goods and help restock their food pantry. He does so many different t He's a young fella yet, but you can really see that he's driven to help. We're also on the call list with the homeless shelter here in Marion. He has so much energy that sometimes he reacts fairly quickly to situations, but that's, They call us and we go over and help set up a temporary apartment for people that are down on the left. Over the years that he's worked here in your 10 years now, My assistant manager, mother passed away last year from cancer. Both my parents have passed away from cancer. $5 pays your second week lease on any product, which, We donate all that $5 to the American Cancer Society here locally in Marion.
