Living Modern’s Mission is to feature a wide variety of Home Furnishing products such as Furniture, Accessories, Lighting, Rugs and Artwork. Living Modern will sell direct to the public, to the Trade and to the Contract and Hospitality segments all at Mid Range price points. Living Modern Furnishings & Design is a Retail Home Furnishing Showroom, located in the very vibrant and hip area of South Dallas called Uptown/Oak Lawn. Our Freestanding, one story 7,500 sq. ft. showroom is located on Oak Lawn Avenue. Living Modern is aiming at the mid-range price point as to have a broader appeal towards a wider variety of demographic. Living Modern will also offer a full service design studio. Living Modern will has over 30 Vendors, from all over the world, featuring some vendors that do not have a showroom presence in Dallas.
