The furniture is kiln dried at the factory, stabilizing the wood against excessive cracks and splitting. Kiln drying also eliminates pests from reclaiming the wood, without using harsh chemicals. Hand forged iron hardware adds to the authenticity of the furniture. After careful surface preparation, a high quality furniture wax is hand applied to each piece, ensuring a consistent and lasting finish. Over time, each piece will age gracefully and develop a unique rustic character of it's own. Natural small cracks may develop as the furniture ages, enhancing it's character.
