A relocation and corporate concept specializes in temporary housing solutions throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. We are known for providing apartments that are ready to go. All you need to do is bring food and clothing, furniture, housewares, utilities, it's all covered. With relocation and corporate concepts, of course we work with corporate clients placing their employees, whether it's a temporary assignment or a new hire, but we certainly work with individuals as well. Most commonly individuals will come to us in the event of real estate transaction, perhaps an insurance claim, but a lot of times sometimes they're just vacationing in one apartment near the beach for a few months.
