The, Referring Agency’s Voucher Program, is designed to assist individuals and families in dire need of gently used household furniture, goods and products including kitchenware. It is not a furniture replacement program or intended to furnish an entire apartment or house with ideally matched furniture items or household goods and products. This program provides vouchers to referring agencies to be given to their clients and not directly to individual consumers or to their families. Eligibility for a client to visit the furniture bank begins with a referral from one of our referring agencies on the specified voucher form. We do not accept referrals or vouchers from agencies or organizations that have not been approved through our, Referring Agency Application Process. To become a referring agency, a Referring Agency Application must be completed, signed and submitted to our office for approval and acceptance into our program. This policy is in place to help us better serve those that need our help.
