Rustic Kreations

Welcome to RusticKreations! We are a husband/wife team that specializes in creating one of a kind furniture, home decor & leather earrings!

We are a small, home-based business located in Allen, TX. We started off building and refinishing our own furniture as a weekend hobby, and during the summer of 2013 it turned in to quite an exciting part time job!! To provide our customers with the highest quality and durability, we only use handpicked and thoroughly inspected solid wood. We will never use processed, sub-par materials. From Farmhouse tables to wall decor, benches to sofa tables... each piece is built to last! We also use reclaimed barn wood on select pieces that comes from our family farm! Upon completion, each piece is coated with Minwax Polyurethane for protection. Since our pieces are all handcrafted and hand painted, they can be customized to fit your color or theme!! You can choose from a variety of styles, colors and finishes to create your very own, unique piece to enhance the look of your space. We have enjoyed the creativity and new ideas of pieces to build, so send us your inspiration pictures so we can get you a quote to build! Do you have a piece of furniture or decor that you can't part with for sentimental reasons, but aren't fond of its current style? We would love to help you reLOVE it!! Message us for more details! For a quote on a custom piece, or to refinish your own piece, please message, email, text or call us! Lead times will vary, depending on what we currently have on order! We are able to complete rush orders, prior commitments permitting, for an additional fee. We do ask for a deposit on all custom items, with the remaining balance due at pick-up. We are happy to negotiate pricing and accept payment via PayPal or cash at this time, please no checks! We can also pick-up and deliver locally for a fee! So I started doing a lot of construction when I was in my early teenage years. My dad and my uncle owned a construction business and they also owned a lot of real estate. And so I was always going in and helping with electrical, pl And I always looked up to my uncle. So seeing him build awesome things. And he was more into the home building, new construction. I wanted to do that. I thought that was pretty cool. The laborer works with their hands. So they see something and they're able to put something together. And a craftsman works with their hands and their brain. And the artist works with their hands, their brains, and their heart. The hardest part is the material, obviously, because it's reclaimed and nothing straight. And you got nails and you got knots and getting everything squared up to where it needs to be to get the final product is probably the hardest part is just the material. When you look at some of this wood that we have, now nasty it looks from where it came from to what we turn it into. People just, they're at all when they get it there. We had somebody a couple weeks ago that said, this is way better than what I ever expected it to be. What did you think were going to bring? But it was better than their expectations. And that right there is why I do what I do. Every project that they put out is more beautiful than the last. And every project that they have is so different from the last. When you walk into a customer's house and they say to you, hey, I trust you. You're the artist here. You're the professional. And they're And I say to them, it's not my house. This is your house. You tell me what you want. Well, yeah, but you have the experience. And I love the trust that they give me. And when I then go and search for those things, I think about that particular moment where a customer says, I trust you. They're putting a lot into that. So when that project is done and a ceiling beam goes up, where a mantle goes up, or a table is delivered to their house, or just a shelf that we put up. And they say to you, that is way better than I expected. If you're looking for something that can stand the test of time, you're looking for something that is an heirloom piece that has elegance as well as rustic flair, something that you don't have to worry about falling apart. And a piece that is built by somebody who will stand behind it, that's what rustic creations will do.
