that is citrus heights in the battle over what neighbors call the problem house poster child police raided the house and arrested the homeowner but days later neighbors say the trash drug activity and traffic is back CBS 13's Marisa Perlman is live in citrus heights with the drughouse in deja vu there Marisa yeah police found narcotics inside the home arrested two people including the homeowner but just two days later the homeowner was released from jail and back home and neighbors say with him came even more problems citrus heights police armed with batons and guns calling for those inside this citrus heights home to come out the front door video shows one man with his arms up in total police say two people were arrested including the homeowner they say they found narcotics inside it'so obvious to us Corita adipio has lived here for 30 years she says the issues with her neighbor started two years ago at night her cameras catch dozens of cars coming in and out of the home across the street she says the noise never stops now her grandkids aren't allowed outside the concern is our safety first of all and the ongoing traffic after the homeowner was arrested Corita said she had hope she saw someone put this sign up outside the house telling these frequent visitors to go away warning them police were watching and raiding the home but just two days later Corita says the homeowner was released from jail and the activity started up again were hoping it could stop were hoping but we knew because we knew it won't but we had hope it would stop but it got even worse but we asked citrus heights police why they can't put an immediate stop to the issues here and remove the visitors and the drugs from the home they say legally code enforcement can't simply remove the homeowner from his property or anyone he invites inside I'm sure many of you have been curious since then the sign has been taken down and neighbors once again say the drug activity has gotten worse
