It was Cincinnati, born and raised, In the warehouse is where we spent most of our days Drillin’ out, waxin’ relaxin’ all cool Creating things that are one-of-a-kind as a rule Just a couple of girls, making old things look good So we started making money in our neighborhood We sold a couple of things, so we knew we were there We said “We’re moving on to public sales, let’s hit up some fairs!” We waited for our chance, and when it came near We set up shop to the public, full of excitement and fear If anything we knew that this chance was rare But we thought man – let’s get it, this is going somewhere! We pulled up to the market about 7 or 8 Ready to sell some décor that we brought up to date We looked at our business, we were finally there Vanderbilt Vogue – stylish up-cycling, with Cincinnati flair.
