What's up everybody? Down in Green Hills, kind of near Forest Park, which might be surprising to some, is a pretty great real estate market these days. But believe it or not, we're not going to talk real estate today. We are talking about this place right here, Bargains and Buyouts. Now my wife and I have stopped in here a couple times. And man, if you want to find some great deals on furniture, area rugs, anything You should check it out. So let's go take a look. You can find Bargains and Buyouts in Green Hills sitting back off Wynton Road, about a quarter mile south of Sharon Road. As you'll see, they have a decent size selection of sofas, chairs, dining sets, floor rugs, and a They claim to get product from major showrooms and sell it at better prices than the outlets. Now the best part is, they want to make a deal. We've shopped a handful of times and all but one did the salesman reduce the price significantly prior to me even initiating that back and forth. It seems as if everything is negotiable. They're happy to haggle. They recently ran a sale on area rugs, selling everything at 90% off. That's right, I said 90%. We bought three very large rugs for only $60. Maybe you'll say, if everything is always on sale, is it really a sale? I get it. Nonetheless, you just can't beat the prices at Bargain and Buyouts. As for the quality, well, this is a bit more blurry. This blue accent chair that we bought kind of gives me the impression that it won't last forever, but j We also ended up with a rug that had a snag, but that's our fault as we could have checked closer. If I had a high-end home or the money to spend on top-line furniture, I'd recommend paying a bit more for quality. But if you live on a more conservative budget, this is your spot. They're open seven days a week and offer in-house financing, claiming no credits needed. Bargain and Buyouts has another location in Western Hills, so you West Siders can grab some of the savings as well. As a great value for prices paid, I highly recommend going to Bargain's and Buyouts.
