I'm the project manager and realtor for the Delray Beach Town Homes Project. Last week went down to the design centers of the Americas to meet with Hans Krug, who's doing the cabinetry for the project. Were doing the kitchen and bathrooms throughout the whole townhouse. We had a meeting with the arc Don't forget, Let's go to Hans Krug. How many years have you been in the business? So we started our company in 1994, so 28 years. We have been primarily in the building materials sector, doors, frames, hardware, kitchen cabinets, and hardware. Where did you start the company? So the company started in Charlotte, North Carolina. We've come to Hans Krug for your reputation of quality. What sets you apart? So when we started t People want to drive a Ferrari, but they don't want to pay the Ferrari price. So what also sets us apart is we have stainless steel door boxes. We use one-inch door faces. We have lacquers that are seven layers, five layers of acrylic, two layers of polyurethane. We have solid wood veneers, w As you can see be T I've noticed the veneer goes from all three drawers and matches perfectly. Are there still delays getting materials from out of the country? So right now, the material shortages have gone down and s It's going to take a while because it's a slow process because right now, a lot of the factories in Europe, they shut down in the so people pushed all their orders into the August shutdown. Now that the new season has started, production times have been much less than they were in the past. How is pricing moving at the moment? Is it still we had last quarter where prices continue to escalate? Seems every month prices are going up and up. They are. We've been getting some relief now. The demand has shrunk, so therefore the prices will go down. Of course, as t Right now, we're starting to see minimal reductions. However, I believe in the next six months, those reductions will go back down to the original prices before they went up. Where are your products manufactured? So we use several factories in Europe starting with Italy. So we purchase our goods from about six different factories in Italy. We have different price points. So we have good, better, best, moderate, reasonable, and expensive. In Czech Republic, we have and then we also use a factory in Portugal, where is the hardware manufactured? So Bloom is our primary supplier, and that's made in Austria. How does your design process work for both products and installation? So when we take a customer's plan, we usually get a floor plan, and then we'll lift up the elevations so we can give them where the sink is, where the oven is, the cooktops, et cetera. We then send the elevations to our estimating department, w As far as installation goes, all of our installers are responsible for field measurements. So they'll go out to the job site, field measure, come back, make adjustments to our elevations, and then those are adjusted, and then they go straight to production. So when the product comes back, our installation process is much more seamless than if you were trying to fit tony, thank you for your time and telling us all about Hans Krug. Well, it's my pleasure. Happy to be here. Great. Don't forget, Bye.
