Our curated collection of vintage beds are repurposed into luxurious porch swings. Each and every bed has it’s own unique character. We hand craft each swing around that character. The construction is done with longevity in mind. We screw and glue at joints while also re- enforcing all corners with metal brackets. All bed swings are solid wood and built to last. Cushion Construction 1). All cushions are 1.80 density foam, seats 6”- 8” thick, backs 3”- 5” thick. 2). Foam is wrapped with polly fiber sheeting, that gives a more plush look and feel. 3). Inserted into a spun polly fiber casing that adds a water resistance. 4). Covered with outdoor water resistant fabric. And is sewn with outdoor thread. Pillow Construction 1). Inserts made of spun polly fiber casing that adds a water resistance. 2). Inserts are stuffed with 100% polly-fill. 3). Covered with outdoor water resistant fabric. And are sewn with outdoor thread. Finishing 1). We use Valspar paint. 2). We apply two coats of polyurethane.
