So t We print all of our films here in-house so we go straight from either hand-on artwork or digital artwork and then it's either scanned or rendered in the computer and we print out our films up here and then use those to make our screen stilesteps. As soon as we'ready to create a new pattern, we pull one of these out. Basically just burn. Burn the film right into the emulsion. Our screens get used thousands and thousands of times before we need to replace them and if we do need to replace them we'really only replacing the mesh.
