Listen, I want to get into a very serious problem that we have in New York City currently. And I'm specifically talking about the problem of gentrification. Now gentrification is a situation that many of our people in our urban communities do not understand the language of. Now gentrification, the reason why it can affect so many people in New York City is because it's not just In t And by me saying the entire city, we're talking about Brooklyn, Brownsville, East New York, we're talking about Queens, South Jamaica, Ridgewood, and so forth. Now t Simply because as the apartments in these gentrified areas begin to go up in terms of the market rate for rentals, we're going to see a lot of people become displaced or the word that you and I understand homeless. Now we're not talking about a few families here. We're talking about thousands of families here who right now are in a situation of limbo because right now in t So what we've been seeing is that the city has been sending quite a few of these people into what they call cluster apartments. Now cluster apartments, they don't really have any sort of oversight when it comes down to the management or the care of these apartments. City grounds is they pay these people cash money to keep these people from being out on the streets simply because they don't have any place in the shelters to put them. The problem now in the city is that most of the buildings in our boroughs have been brought up by major corporations or large corporations who are only interested in profits. You see with the nonprofit in terms of the owners So that's what we're looking to do. So we're starting here at t So take a look. Right now you see cars, you see a lot, but eventually we want to be able to provide emergency shelter for people in our community and we want to be able to provide them with services and opportunities of resources from t So t We need to get proactive in getting ahead of t Right now can we help everyone in terms of the situation and the crisis that's being faced in New York City? Maybe not, but we can make a serious effort in helping those who we know are going to really need our help in the future. So t So after t Exactly. I recommend. Glad it is. Bad guys. You see the problem with gentrification is also going to hurt our local bank w You see as gentrification begins to take place in our city what ends up happening is that those who are coming into the cities will not be putting their money in Carver. Chances are those who are coming into the city currently will be placing their money into the much larger banking institutions So as gentrification begins to take hold in our cities what we're going to be witnessing is institutions They're going to be doing business with the banks that they have been accustomed to doing business with for years. I have been known recently to sharing a lot of material that speaks about gentrification in New York City and the light of the homeless epidemic that continues to increase through every season. Now one of the t Not tomorrow because obviously just based on the rate that t So right now I'm advocating now prior to them If you find yourself homeless or if you find yourself not knowing exactly where you're going to end up at, it's empty space. So I'd rather advocate and hoping that there's others that feel the same way for these folks now and to come together with some clear solutions like how we can depend on each other through support and the support that we're talking about is doing something with our everyday habits in terms of our cons So I hope I was clearing that message.
