Hi, I'm Alan Fox, owner and founder of New Life Office. Welcome to our showroom and main production area. 20 years ago, working as a designer and space planner for a SteelCase dealership, I began to notice many complaints from customers concerning the expense of quality modular furniture. I would even see perfectly good product being thrown away just because they couldn't change colors. It was at this time a light came on in my head and the idea of New Life Office was born. I began purchasing old modular cubicles. I could purchase these at rock bottom prices and then refurbish them with new paint and fabric. I've been in the office furniture industry for over 30 years and during that 30 years there's been a lot of changes that have occurred. One of the things that I've noticed most is that customers' expectations have changed. They've become very demanding. They not only expect good product at great prices but they also expect a quick delivery time as well. That's why our warehouse and the product that we have in this warehouse, our inventory is so important. We literally have thousands of panels, work surfaces, storage components in which we can make hundreds of workstations. Because of this, because we have it in stock, we have it here at our facility, we have control over the time and we have a great turnaround time often being anywhere from three days to three and a half weeks depending on the scope of the job.
