WHO WE ARE: We take pride in selling quality, clean, and affordable furniture for about half the price you'll find at local used furniture stores. We commercially clean most of our inventory and believe the best furniture is clean furniture. DELIVERY:We offer delivery as an extra service on most items. Our delivery fees are usually cheaper than taking a taxi. Delivery fees per trip: Boise-$20 Meridian-$25 Nampa-$30 Caldwell-$35 Kuna-$30. If you need delivery we do request you see the item first so you can take any measurements, assess personal comfort, and/or confirm undertones of color. If you choose to not look at the item first and decide when we get there that the item is too big etc. we won't charge you for the item but you will be charged the delivery fee for us delivering. Most items can be delivered in one trip. Rarely there are items that require two trips. If we do make two trips it is double the delivery fee. However, we will never surprise you with an added delivery fee. All delivery information will be discussed prior to delivery. FCFS/HOLDS: We work on a first come first served basis. This means that just like at other stores the first person who comes and purchases the item gets it. Due to the number of no shows we've had we do not go off of the first comment. We will allow for drive time if you are on your way. We don't do any holds unless an item has been paid for. If you purchase from us we offer a free five (5) business day hold(excluding weekends) to allow time for you to arrange pick up of the item. Delivery is an option in most cases too. Please see delivery fees listed above. WHAT'S IN: Our inventory changes constantly. New items are coming in daily! We would love to be able to take requests, however, due to the amount of requests we are unable to. If you are looking for something specific we suggest checking back daily to see what we have. A great way to stay informed on what we have in is by following this page so we show up in your news feed. REVIEWS: We have a review section. If you have purchased from us we'd love to hear from you. Please post on our page about your experience! If you are another business we do not participate in review "trades" all of our reviews are 100% genuine and we intend to keep it that way. TAXES: We do charge Idaho State sales tax of 6% to all of our items when you purchase. If you'd like to know the total price of an item feel free to ask. There is no added tax to delivery fees. PAYMENTS: Our preferred payment methods are cash, and Facebook debit. We can also accept debit and credit cards in person or over the phone. RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. We do NOT do returns, exchanges, warranties, or refunds. We do not recommend purchasing an item without seeing it. We are confident in our items we list. However, people have different views on comfort. The size of an item might be too small or too big for what you're looking for. Our goal is to have happy customers. We'd rather not sell an item than have you buy something you've never looked at in person. We want it to be perfect for you! We're not pushy so feel free to come down and check anything we have out. HOURS: We work by "appointments" only. Please give us a call or send a message about 30 minutes prior to when you want to come down. We will confirm with you. Most of the time we can be at the warehouse with 30 minutes notice. On rare occasions (we're sick, on a large delivery, or sleeping) we will have to reschedule for a different time. We try to be available when you need us. STORE: We are not a store and we don't have plans on becoming one. We have a warehouse. With having the ability to come and go during the day we're able to get more items in. Also without having to pay people to be at our warehouse from 8-5 we can keep our overhead low which means lower prices for you!
