Police arrested a man for making a bomb threat and a Bloomington target. Officers found Rama Asuri near the front of the store on East Third Street. Multiple people told police that Asuri told them he had a bomb inside of his backpack. Police found two unattended shopping carts with backpacks. The entire college mall was evacuated. No explosives were found in those backpacks. Asuri is being held at the Monroe County Jail for terrorism and intimidation charges.
