FRILLS DESIGN GALLERY has been with The Market since 2002. We recently moved to The Rink. Since our inception, we’ve featured a select assortment of home décor items, designed to inspire anyone who is looking to add a little frill to their home. Our goal is and will continue to be to provide an incredible selection of decorative products that will bring life, color and joy to any living space. Flounce vs. Ruffle vs. Frill Flounces, Ruffles, Frills Flounce is a strip of fabric cut on a circular pattern with the inner edge attached to a garment and the longer outer edge hanging freely to create vol Ruffle is a strip of fabric gathered or pulled by a thread on its edge and sewn to a garment while the opposite edge hangs freely to create vol Frill is a strip of fabric pleated on its edge and sewn to a garment while the opposite edge spreads open to create vol Flounces, Ruffles and Frills all create vol The difference lies in how the strips of fabric are cut and sewn.
