Hey, what's up? I'm Steve from relaxshacks. com, little metal love for earth groans. We are on our way to the Georgia Tiny House Festival. Myself and Stephen Harrelly is hanging outside from Tiny House listings. Tiny House Swoon. We've been exploring a lot of different small structures. Doing my Chris Farley arm thing here. Were in a glass tree house recently, shipping container house and a few others. We have planned shooting a bunch of stuff and some photos for content for my new book a sequel to Michael Shelters. But right now this is an Airbnb. com unit that is absolutely gorgeous and I want to show you all. I have to say upon first walking into this space it is quite impressive. And the styling, the decor, the minimalism, the color choices is just done on so many levels so well. And the furniture, little pops of modern or classic, classic modern looking furniture as well. This space overall is probably only about if I had to guess, 250 square feet. And The shelving here for instance, they're just simply stained pieces of three quarter inch plywood. A top, different pipe fittings with the stub ends and the flanges. The shelving has open storage forcing you to stay clean. This isn't a full time dwelling, keep in mind. So this would work nicely for suitcases and travel garments. Over here and Steve and I were talking about this as well. What really makes this space is this giant window right here which is directly in line with the bed. So as you sit in here, head prop and a pillow, reading a novel or writing the great American novel you can look right out that window into their fabulous backyard which the landscaping is immaculate. Skylights as well. I was talking to Genevieve, one of the owners and she's exactly right. The space where the skylight's not here would seem so much smaller. So two big old skylights right there. Again, you're sitting in bed, you're looking overhead and you can see some of the tree branches swaying in the wind. Kind of mesmerizing, soothing. But not too much decor wise going on in here but that's kind of why I And I'm into chaos and punk rock madness and all that. Kitchenette area. So this could be something that it's very feasible. It could be a very livable full time space. You have storage, you have a place to cook, prep some food. You could put a little range in there or work a mini stove into the space. There is a tiny little fridge as well. You have a space to sleep and yes, you do have a bathroom and a very, very nice and again tastefully done one. These see through aquari A nice touch. With a nice and high shower head there as well. Regular flush toilet. This house or this structure has had a couple of incarnations from a band rehearsal space to a smaller rental with a composting toilet once upon a time. And now to this where they spent some good money to have it done right. Done well, done beautifully. Another window right here so as you're sitting on the throne you have a nice view of the cardinals flying around. A lot of cardinals out today here in Atlanta. Some storage as well. Over to the side, thin storage for towels and such in the bathroom. Tile floors. Looking back, looking out this way. You head to the porch. There'stephen. Planned candy crush I pres But the porch is nice little touch extending that outdoor living space. We're kind of combining outdoor and indoor living space with minimal materials. The view outside, again the backyard is just really nice. I There's a plug. Tough text roofed greenhouse in the back too. This unit when you rent here, stay here. There's an outdoor shower as well. A cedar shower if you want to do the au natural or outdoor showering thing. Just wanted to share with Again I'm DekeRelaxShacks. com. Please subscribe if you'd be so kind.
