You may have seen this video or photo circulating on social media in the last week. It's a surgeon in the operating room while also on a teleconference court trial. The Medical Board of California says it's now investigating this plastic surgeon. The Sacramento Bee reports Dr. Scott Green appeared for his superior court trial for a traffic violation with a patient undergoing the procedure just out of view. Green said that he understood the call was being publicly livestreamed and said he was ready for trial to proceed. The judge didn't agree with this at all, instead asking the trial be rescheduled for a time Dr. Green was not in the operating room. At the CBS 17 Digital Desk, I'm Digital Reporter, Judah Thartana.
