And when I left from the training, I did leave prepared. I have a personality that we encourage in this business and that we look forward to being involved with is the type of individual who is looking for control of his life, that You don't necessarily have to be a great salesman. Without the training, without the continuous support that I have received would have been impossible for me. I didn't have a college degree in business, no master's or MBA. Again, came from an hourly wage situation and they were able to show me the way with a very well thought out plan that took me every step down the road to success. It's you have that flexibility where you can be somewhere at 9 o'clock, you can be somewhere at 11. It's you're not tied down to a structure. The thing I enjoy most about being a LeatherMedic is being in control of my time. It's not so much the money, the money is nice, but my time I think is more important than anything. My schedule is 24 on 48 off so I'm at the station for 24 hours and then I have 48 hours to pursue a career with LeatherMedic. It works out actually great because not only do I have the job at the fire department, I have two kids and a wife who has a career also. So working for LeatherMedic gives me the flexibility that I can't find anywhere else. I make an order online, I'll have the products sitting in my bin at the shop the next day. If I need something in an emergency situation they've always handled it. When I joined LeatherMedic I found a freedom that I didn't have with an unlimited opportunity for potential. Make my own hours, I take my daughter to school and spend more time with my family at my discretion. Basically you get out of it what you put into it. If you just want to be average you're going to be average but all you have to do is take on the training, do everything they ask you to do, everything just comes to you. The company is great but it makes it even more great when you can work for someone, work somewhere and just enjoy your life. And we are, we're doing it.
