By Wait List Only Emza Uphill is a 4th generation weaver with 20 years experience. As a teenager she started helping her father Bill, of Bill's Caning & Rushing, with his work load; first learning how to hand cane, then sheet cane, rush and splint weave chairs, canoe panels, and other functional items. Emza received her Bachelors of Fine Art with a minor in History of Art from The Ohio State University and a Masters of Fine Art from University of Colorado at Boulder.
