Mr. A's Beignets

Today we are in Apex North Carolina checking out Utica Bakery and for any of those Floridians out there they actually have what they call tomato pie but for us it'scachata and I can't wait to try it. Let's check it out. After we left Utica Bakery we st It's near downtown Apex and Salem Street and we stopped to get ourselves some hot fresh beignets. Can't wait to try them. Okay I could not get back in the car without trying one of these beignets first. They come in this cute little box. They look fantastic, covered with powdered sugar. Very hot. Let's try one. Ooh very hot and I'm wearing black also a big mistake when eating beignets. Mmm. These are delicious. If you're ever in your downtown Apex and you see Mr. A's beignets food truck stop and get some of these. They're amazing. We finished them all here in the parking lot. When you get good beignets you have to eat them hot and they were really good. Very y We've got the little mini ones and it'super good. Go down easy. I'm probably covered in powdered sugar right now but it was worth it. Definitely check out Mr. A's beignets. I'll leave a link in the description. Really good food truck beignets. While we're in the parking lot we're gonna go ahead and try out the tomato pie from Utica Bakery. Again for Floridians we call it scachata called pizza. It's a staple at most family gatherings and a lot of birthday parties when I was a kid. Looks really good. Tomato probably Thick crust. Simple but delicious. Mmm. Wow this is good. It's authentic. Very fresh. The tomatoes. Super fresh. Flavorful. Just the right amount of oregano. Whatever spices are on here. The cheese is perfect. The dough is perfect. Mmm. Well done Utica Bakery.
