Hi, I'm Joe Seamus with the XP Realty and I'm here with Raven with T4 Tracy, a tea restaurant on 10th Street, next door to Baristas and across from Bank of America. Raven, tell me about your business. What are So, we're T4 Tracy, we're a bubble milk tea shop. We also serve fruit teas, fruit smoothies, food, snacks, soups. We just released our winter series actually. If you want something cozy, we serve, I want to say it's the best hot chocolate in town. We'really known for basil popcorn chicken. People come here just for this. We serve things from french fries to chicken wings to soup. Everything here is made to order. I think it's a perfect spot to study as well. We always have for the most part calm music playing, so you can just put on some headphones, study, do whatever you need to do. And yeah, come visit us. What are your hours here in Tracy?
