La Monarca Bakery

I'm from Mexico and I would Currently we have two bakers that we call master bakers. One of them owns his own bakery in Mexico. He knows the recipes and he learned this when he was a child and he took some courses. So we have a very good master baker in La Monada. You can see the conchas. We call conchas. Mexico is very famous. It'sea shell in Canada. Bread with sugar on top. There is nothing inside but it's very popular. As I said, Mexicans love it. In Canada they start looking for this pastry when they come to La Monada. Here we have empanadas. Apple empanadas, pineapple, babarian cream empanadas, strawberry and mixed berry empanadas. So we have a very popular cake here in La Monada. It's called tres leches, three milks. It's a wet cake with jelly in the middle. It has become very popular here. So people are asking for this cake all the time. La Monada is a unique bakery here in Hamilton. We are offering latin products, pastries, cakes. There is no other place here in Hamilton. So we invite everyone to come and try our products, our pastries, cakes. And they will love it for sure.
