I'm Tammy Stegel. I'm founder of Ruby Snap and I love creativity more than anything. I was a really hardcore cyclist. I would eat really clean during the week. So I started designing cookies that were worthy of my free days because I didn't want to have something that was sweet zero. I wanted something amazing. Everybody's a creative in Salt Lake and Ruby Snap is all about that wow factor. I never know what is going to inspire me. It could be a dream in the middle of the night. It could be traveling in Bali and eating a dish called nasi champur. It could be chocolate on a wharf in San Diego. Things just inspire me and then I take it to the next level. We are known for unique flavors. You never think of an orchata snicker doodle or a fresh rhubarb cookie or a blueberry lemon chia. And we have a lot of customers who come in for the first time and they'll try a cookie and they'll go wow. I came to Utah for college and I didn't imagine that I would stay but I love all that Utah and especially Salt Lake City has to offer. It has a really rich foodie scene but there's also phenomenal mountains and whether it's walking or driving you can be in a park at a muse The name Ruby Snap comes with the idea of a call name to honor the women air service pilots in World War II. I just have an infatuation with the 1940s when we delivered flavor from the ground to the kitchen to our mouths and Ruby Snap is highly focused on clean ingredients and genuine relationships. People become our friends and we know their children'soccer games and their favorite cookie and it's a fun place to be. Ruby Snap is literally everything that makes me live and breathe and think.
