Welcome to our family business. I'm Amber. And I'm Jim. And it's a great day at Sotter Rush. My husband and I have been married for 15 years. We have four children with one on the way. We have two locations in the valley, one in Mesa and one in Gilbert. I personally have always loved soda. So we decided to combine the two and create basically a heaven of soda and cookies. This location especially we built with families in mind that would work excellently as a nightcap type situation where you come in after a movie or after dinner and you get your treat for the night. We have lots of space. We have games people can play as they're enjoying their signature sips or their ice cream or their cotton candy and kind of in the night on a high note. Our most popular drink is actually our devil's dream which we named lovingly after the Sun Devils. That's our n Our most popular cookie is our sugar smashed cookie and it's really unique. It's not your typical sugar cookie covered in super sweet frosting. It actually has a buttery saltiness to it that makes it really unique and it's our n We view everything from scratch literally butter, eggs, sugar, flour go in to create each of our cookies and our cinnamon rolls. I personally create the recipes or use family specialties that are tried and true and it's really fun for me to come up with and create new exciting combinations. Soda is really important to me. We actually tweak our machines I tweak them so that it's the perfect mixture of syrup and carbonation. We start with the cleanest water, the best possible ice, the best cups to create. Even if you get a straight up Dr. Pepper it's going to be the best dang Dr. Pepper you've ever had. For people who aren't huge on soda we actually have lots of options for them as well. We have fresh squeeze lemonade and a coconut limeade which is extremely popular especially in the s We literally squeeze the lemons and limes by the glass just for you. We can do them sugar-free, we can make them with purees and they are made specifically for you. We have a goal here at Sodorush that no matter if you're hitting up the drive-thru in two minutes or you're coming inside to hang out that you leave feeling happy and excited and that your day is better for having visited us. So I love most about Sodorush the connection we're able to make with our customers and the feedback that we receive that literally handing them that cup of soda, of lemonade, those cookies can change their whole day around.
