I am Krazy Kimberlin. Today we have a sauce from Fuego Box. This is Butterfly Bakery of Vermont's Fuego Firmant Hot Sauce. We check out the looks to smell, the taste and the heat. This is what we got. Very clean Fuego Firmant. So I'm thinking maybe this might be a Fuego Blacks exclusive. Batch n I don't know if you need all that info but you just got it. Let's get started. Butterfly Bakery of Vermont. Brian fermented some crisp green Vermont jalapenos and then blended them up with their signature maple wood smoked onions, ghost peppers and pure Vermont maple syrup to make this richly complex sauce exclusively for Fuego Box. All right, ingredients. We got organic white vinegar, fermented maple wind, farmed jalapenos, lemon juice, pure Vermont maple syrup, duchess farm ghost peppers, east view farm garlic scapes, maple wood smoked full moon farm onions and salt. All these ingredients sound amazing especially the way they're described. Let'see what this stuff smells Super, super, super fresh. So fresh. Got your jalapenos in there, ghost peppers, onion. Just adding this very fresh smell. Oh, got some nice little chunks in there. Check it out. So here we go from Fuego Box. This is a Fuego Box exclusive from Butterfly Bakery of Vermont. This is the Fuego ferment hot sauce. Oh man, the flavor is just right in your face. Nice kick from the ghost peppers too. Nice taste from the jalapenos. You got that smoked onions in there. You got your maple syrup that adds Awesome stuff. On a heat level, I do mine one through five. One pretty much no heat at all. Five pretty much unbearable. It has a nice lingering burn but I'm gonna stick it in a high two range. Nice burn. Just packing a huge freaking flavor though. Awesome stuff. You could throw this on in some soup, sandwiches, pizza, all across the board. It's gonna be awesome. So there you have it from Fuego Box.
