Pie Lab Bakery

Well, we're in an eclectic little spot with a great little beautiful small town. It almost takes you back in time. The people here are always nice and friendly. Here at Pie Lab, we're located in Greensboro, Alabama, and we make pie. It was originally started off by Project M, a group of designers out of Maine. At least a couple dozen. It was taken over by Hero, which stands for Hail Empowerment Revitalization Organization. And they empowered us to take over a small business and help employ running on about 15 people right now. We do pretty much everything. If you come up with a pie you want, we'll make it. We do everything from strawberry rhubarb to chocolate zucchini to lemon yellow squash. Squash. Squash. Cannot taste the squash. It's a great way to get kids to eat vegetables. You've got your typical apple, cherry, Oreo, peanut butter, lemon, buttermilk, pecans. This is the chocolate bourbon pecan. The combination. And we southern folks And they'll go in for about 45 minutes. All handmade, hand rolled, hand crimped. We make probably 15 different ones a day. The list is never the same. We've probably made over 400 different types of pies. I think it probably does make it taste better because
