Breadman Miami is taking over Hialeah's bakery scene and what we're gonna do is check it out. Our roots come from Hialeah as far as cooking. My father owned a little cafeteria and since we're little we used to run around the kitchen and fry croquettes and make empanadas. So one day My 7 year old son. Owner Andy Herrera'son saw his dad baking bread from his home after work and told him what would be the best name for the business. Breadman was born. Breadman Miami has been open for a little over a year and Hialeah residents say it's all the rage for its untraditional fresh take on Hispanic favorites. Yeah I work next door so I always come here every morning to get breakfast. Breakfast is the peak hours for the business. From your abuela'style cafecito, traditional guava pastry, mouth watering desserts and a new version of the steak sandwich. This Hialeah homegrown couple decided to open shop after working out of their home for years. Over dinner one night we decided to open up an Instagram and just to play around it was nothing that we had ever thought were gonna have a bakery and it started off from there.
